At Donegal Seaweed, customer satisfaction is the top priority. Our dedicated quality assurance team checks your items before shipment. Our product quality is guaranteed so you can rest assured of getting the best organic seaweed fertilizer. If you are not satisfied with the items sent to you, we can easily arrange an exchange or refund. You may exercise your right to exchange or return the purchased items within 7 days. It must be unopened and unused with receipt or proof of purchase from the date on which you received them from Donegal Seaweed. We will cover the cost of you returning the item to us. Process of Return/Refund Refunds will be made within 5 days in the account you provide. We can only offer a refund if you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make sure your items are returned unused in their original packaging with the attached proof of purchase. We do not offer exchanges or accept returns that are not in accordance with our policies, and the item will be returned to you. If the item is not in its original container and if there is no photo of a damaged product, your refund or exchange will not be processed. But if you meet all our criteria, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 days. To protect you and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, Donegal Seaweed online store can reimburse you in the following cases: The wrong item was obtained in terms of size, color befpreor model (proof required). The package arrived in a damaged condition (proof required). The item arrived in inferior quality (evidence is required).
